Because our offerings are primarily digital in nature or involve scheduled personal sessions, refund eligibility depends on the product type, delivery status, and the timeframe of your request. This policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our business operations.
All refund requests are evaluated individually. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund. We will communicate our decision and reasoning within ten business days of receiving a complete request.
3. Digital Educational Products
3.1 Eligible Products
This section applies to downloadable guides, planning templates, spreadsheet trackers, PDF journals, and digital programme materials purchased from Powercrwristio.
3.2 Fourteen-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within fourteen calendar days of purchase if:
- You have not downloaded or accessed the digital product, or
- You downloaded the product but found it materially different from the description provided at the time of purchase
To demonstrate non-access, our system logs download timestamps. If a download occurred, refund eligibility is limited to cases of material discrepancy between the product description and delivered content.
3.3 After the Refund Window

3.4 Bundle Purchases

4.1 Pre-Start Refunds

4.2 Post-Start Refunds
Once a programme has commenced, refunds are available only within the first seven days of the programme start date, and only if you have not completed more than two daily modules or sessions. A partial refund equal to fifty percent of the purchase price may be issued if these conditions are met.
4.3 Completed Programmes
No refunds are available for programmes where more than two daily modules have been completed or where the programme end date has passed.
5. Consulting and Guidance Sessions
5.1 Cancellation by Client
If you cancel a scheduled consulting session:
- More than forty-eight hours before the session: Full refund or free rescheduling at your choice.
- Between twenty-four and forty-eight hours before the session: Fifty percent refund or free rescheduling.
- Less than twenty-four hours before the session: No refund. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion subject to a rescheduling fee of twenty-five percent of the session price.
- No-show without prior notice: No refund.
5.2 Cancellation by Powercrwristio
If we cancel a session due to consultant unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost.
5.3 Session Packages
Multi-session packages follow the same cancellation rules applied to individual sessions. Unused sessions within a package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you cancel the entire package with more than forty-eight hours notice before the next scheduled session.
5.4 Dissatisfaction With Session Content
If you believe a completed consulting session did not address the topics outlined in the session description, you may request a review within seven days of the session. If we determine the session materially deviated from its described scope, we may offer a complimentary follow-up session or a partial refund at our discretion. Dissatisfaction based on personal planning outcomes is not grounds for refund, as consulting provides organisational guidance rather than guaranteed results.
6. Personalised Planning Documents
Custom personalised planning documents prepared during consulting sessions are non-refundable once delivered, as they are created specifically for your stated preferences and time constraints. If a document has not yet been delivered and you cancel the associated consulting engagement within the applicable cancellation window, the document portion of the fee is included in the refund calculation.
